Sow Exotic Blackberry, Thornless ‘Natchez’ (Rubus) Rare Fruiting Plants

Love Blackberries but hate the thorns? The Natchez Blackberry is an early-ripening Thornless Blackberry hybrid developed by the University of Arkansas.  Natchez produces heavy yields of impressively large, sweet delicious berries. Natchez Blackberry is easy to grow, low maintenance and provides an abundance of huge, healthy Blackberries in large clusters. Sweet tart Blackberries are rich in antioxidants and loaded with Vitamin C and fiber. 

It’s growing habit is erect to semi-erect and would perform well trellised.  Natchez requires as little as 200 chill hours and is one of the first berries of the season to produce fruit. Blackberry plants grow best in fertile, well-drained soil.
